This new report on the impacts of DOJ consent decrees speaks for itself. Unfortunately, you will never see any articles about this report in the New York Times, Washington Post, or any other mainstream news organization. The media simply regurgitates what the DOJ tells them to say and so all you will see are positive stories about federal oversight of local law enforcement.
